I am getting a message access denied when I attempt select on any of the files in the admin folder. I am able to get through the earlier steps and install the language strings. I get a message "ERROR, access denied. You do not have privilege to view this page" I do not see a place to enter the password for the admin directory. I am running this on Win2003 sever with IIS6 loaded.

Also, on the setup.asp screen I see a link to login to the helpdesk. When I click that link it takes me to: http://www.company.com/helpdesk/logon.asp?URL=/it/helpdesk/default.asp

I am assuming that is due to settings that need to be adjusted. However, I cannot get access to any of these files to change. Any help would be appreciated.

I would also like to know the answer as I am having the same problem. Fairly new to IIS but seem to have part of the system running but have the same "Admin" problem. Permissions seem to be set OK. I'm very much a L.A.M.P. man so your solution/advice would be appreciated

in "Configuration Menu" Base Url please put your server name instead using http://www.company.com
example: Thus my server name is sutantyo-wibowo and the helpdesk folder inside wwwroot is "helpdesk" so in "Configuration Base Url" I put http://sutantyo-wibowo/helpdesk

it works on me...
