Great help desk software, we have been using it for about week now. In setup we selected file upload, but when your or Rep create a new problem ticket it does not give them a choice for file upload. We are using the Access database. Can any one help?

There is a mod for file attachments. Try that.

Does anyone have an up to date link for this mod?
I've looked everywhere and can't find it. Last time I checked rob's site it was dead. Right now I'm getting a 403 forbidden error so he may be starting this up again.. but yes if someone could point me to where I can get the file attach mod or pm it to me that'd be grand.

Hey We also need the spell check mod I created added. It has been working for for along time. It is pretty cool. I tried to put in in but it never got approved and it kinda faded away. Can I send you the mod like before?
