I recently downloaded and attempted to install Liberum 0.9.7.3 on Windows 2003 Server running IIS 6.0. I followed the instructions that I found on 'http://74.92.40.177/liberum/' to install it and triple-checked that I had everything right.
The problem is when I try to access the 'setup.asp' page I get a "Page cannot be displayed error", I get this error when attempting to access any other page in the directory aswell.
I currently have the liberum files in the directory 'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\liberum' and the database files in the directory 'C:\Inetpub\db\' the 'settings.asp' file has been modified accordingly using the access database option.
did u activated asp page, iis 6 does not allow asp by default.
Just enable the ASP support for your site. it will work
