not sure why my post was not approved but heres the gist of what it said:
liberum is available is several language, french is one of them. In the admin menu you can choose the language you want and can even set different languages for different users. you can also modify the languages, delete and add new ones (you just need to be able to translate 400 strings to add a new language)

I have the stock v1.0 beta with no modification no bug fixes etc... just as it was uploaded. but I dont think this is what people are after. If anyone has a modified version of this can we have a copy or know of the bugs/fixes in this stock v1.0 then we can fix and release.
I'd love to get a copy of your version too. I've been using the 0.97.3 for years too. I'm getting ready to replace the server that it is housed on and this would present a perfect chance to get those nag messages!
