I have just installed this application and am having trouble getting job update notifications to be sent to the job lodger. Is there a setting somewhere that I have missed?
what's a job lodger?
Possibly he meant logger Victor, though where trees fit into this I don't know... Possibly the squirrels are not picking up the messages and carrying them to their destinations or perhaps they're being cached with the nuts.
On a more serious note have you any mail responses getting out??

For your information I'm not "IT" but I do manage three medical imaging systems (£6 million of kit, 30TB of image data, over 2000 users and over a million patient records) and also do some of the high end axial scanning on very broken trauma cases and generally sick people. I just picked up the IT knowledge I needed over the last 15 odd years.
The initial question was a bit like saying "my car won't start"... a few more details are needed before you can even hazard a best guess.

Is there a setting somewhere that I have missed? there could be a choice of several problems causing this from set up to infrastructure and the fix is could be different for each..... but am I going to make a wild assed guess?? No, in my trade that can kill people, If something goes wrong in my world real people suffer so a response has to be good and right first time. Am I insulted by your post?? Of course not, I deal with stroppy people from management to consultants (the medical kind) on a regular basis, you don't even come close to being insulting.
So what was actually wrong and how did you fix it. The idea here is to actually post the problem and fix incase someone else has the same issue.
