I want to configure our help desk to have email attachments with no file uploaded to the file system, we have the app on multiple servers so using the server's file system won't work for our needs.
I have not heard of a mod that will email an attachment instead of uploading to the server. Seems this would be an awesome mod but would take time to implement and some skills I do not posess at this time. If you get one built share it :) I could see a new feature though that would emial the attachment along with the ticket submission. Maybe I will look into that later.
We've developed a system to attach files directly to the database in binay fields (not like folders and files phisically in server) with csASPUpload.dll
