    I am trying to have it when I view all problems for all resp if the status is open to have to background color turn red. I haven't had any luck so any help would be great. I have it installed on a Windows 2003 server with IIS6 using a SQL DB

  • Only 100 problems displayed

    MS Server 2003 and MS SQL Server (both standard installs). Reps only see 100 problems, even when they have more. Problem pages display the latest problems with the oldest ones not displayed at all. Is this a helpdesk issue or a SQL Server config problem. Any help would be appreciated. Lothian313

  • User can't view others submitted issues

    Ive created other users, but they all can only see the issues that they have submitted. Is there any way to make all the issues visible and able to be edited by any user? Thanks
