View All Problems Color Code

I am trying to have it when I view all problems for all resp if the status is open to have to background color turn red. I haven't had any luck so any help would be great. I have it installed on a Windows 2003 server with IIS6 using a SQL DB

how can i see users tickts?

hi i'm working with Liberum Helpdesk and its helping me alot Well done. my q is: how can i see all users tickts Open,close & in hold status? Thanks
