  • List category depending on user status

    Hi I would like to be able to filter categories dependent on whether a user has rep status or not. This is so that normal users can only select internal categories, but reps can access categories that are external to the business. This would prevent normal users from logging calls directly to the outside agencies and provide greater control over external

  • Only 100 problems displayed

    MS Server 2003 and MS SQL Server (both standard installs). Reps only see 100 problems, even when they have more. Problem pages display the latest problems with the oldest ones not displayed at all. Is this a helpdesk issue or a SQL Server config problem. Any help would be appreciated. Lothian313

    Regarding the date format, I found by chance the following lines in the public.asp page. It didn't cure the original problem, though.     Hi Doug Thanks for the prompt reply. I checked the Regional and Language Settings and they are all set to UK defaults as are the date/time settings. I have checked other reps in the system and the ones who have more than 100 problems only see the newest 100. Also, on the Problems page (view.asp) the Date Submitted column is displayed in US format m

  • Cannot see all tickets

    New member. Hello to everyone on the forum. One of the reps using the helpdesk reports that he has 116 tickets open, but can only see 96 of them. The ones he cannot see are the oldest, dating from 24/03/2009. Any help would be appreciated.
