MS Server 2003 and MS SQL Server (both standard installs). Reps only see 100 problems, even when they have more. Problem pages display the latest problems with the oldest ones not displayed at all. Is this a helpdesk issue or a SQL Server config problem. Any help would be appreciated. Lothian313

The links to different pages are working fine but my original issue of any Rep user being able to see all the problems that have been entered (by any user) hasn't been solved. When entering a problem is possible to not have to assign the problem to anyone?
