We love Liberum Help Desk but we'd like to migrate our exisiting tickets from our old database into our new SQL database. i've been running in in a test enviorment but can't find a clean way to transfer. Any suggesetions?

we are using access as our database. is there a way to search the "notes" field? my engineer was able to create a query that pulls all of the notes related to a ticket into a single table. is there a way to create a asp page that searches this access query? victor
