Hi Guys,
I Installed the help desk in my company's server, everything is working fine, except the date time format, my company is in Australia, the date time format is dd/MM/yyyy not MM/dd/yyyy. We are having trouble in "Problem Search" with date.
Search the forums, I think this question has been answered before. I don't recall how, it may have something to do with the regional settings of the web server.
