When I search for a past issue in our database using a keyword, the ticket that I want to view is on the list, but when I click to open it says, "ERROR Problem ID 1752 was not found in the Database." I have tried to open using just the problem ID but I get the same error message.
I am able to open all other old tickets but this one.
Please help!

If it's missing maybe just create manual entry to it? What DB are you using? If you open the db up can you see the ticket # there?
