This question is actually concerning a mod by Mr. Atkinson. I used his mod to able to View Problem List All Reps and it works, I can see all problems. When I click on an order for another rep then a get an error that says Problem ## could not be found in the database. It is in the database though, I have checked. So is this some sort of permissions error. I'm at a stopping point with this, so any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
I have the same mod working on my copy of Liberum. When you hover your mouse over the ticket, what does the status bar tell you it's going to go? It should read something like: http://helpdesk/helpdesk/rep/details.asp?id=11100
Yes, when I hover of the link it produces a link like the one you describe.
