Took a few days to get it to work but I got the free open source Web Spell Checker: Speller Pages program to work with Liberum. Here is a demo of what the spell checker does (their site not mine) http://www.netjs.com/speller/
I spent many hours trying to get this to work and I documented what I had to do in a final tutorial writeup with step by steps on how to get it working. The mod file contains all needed files. The tutorial explains how to implement into REP [new.asp + details.asp] and USERS [new.asp + details.asp]
The MOD file archive contains:

The tutorials uses the attached files. It may be used for newer versions but this one I wrote is specific for those file versions listed. Currently (April 6, 2010 they can be manually downloaded). I attached mainly for archival purposes for anyone who get this tutorial down the road after the versions have been updated.
Below is a short video of the speller in action on our Helpdesk.Video:
I will see if I can get it attached to the MOD listed here: http://liberum.robatkinson.net/?page_id=8
