Problem with create or update help

Hi guys I'm problem with one server:

While one user update ou create one help, following error is happening:

Application Error
Number: -2147024893 (0x80070003)
Source:
Description:
No more information is available.

Contact your administrator or visit the Liberum Help Desk website.

Any Ideias? My tickets is stopped...

So, update is make... whorever, the error continue... :(

Everything I saw about that error code was related to a problem with windows update.  It sounds like you may have some kind of server problem but I don't know
