We are having a problem with people raising duplicate support calls. They click on "Submit Problem" more than once and we then get loads of calls for the same problem.
Is there a way of stopping the button being pressed a second time?

You do see this kind of thing on lots of sites, usually there is a 'Don't press it again' warning.
A little busy icon by the button would help so people know something is happening and to wait.
