I installed the latest software, made changes to so the software pointed at the database enabled the extensions to be allowed in "Web Service Extensions". Installed ASP, IIS, smtp.

When I goto the servers website it asks for strings to be installed. So english is selected then I click update strings. The next screen tells me to logon and setup the helpdesk. However what I click the button I get a 404 page not found in big orange letters at www.company.com. DNS is setup correctly and email forwarding is turned on. Yes IIS is configured and pointing to the right directory the directory does have the correct permissions apply per the documentation.

Any ideas?

I had that too, its fairly simple to fix.

If you open whichever database you're using and open tblConfig and change the base url field to match the http address that IIS is using and you'l be good.

Otherwise you want to open the admin controls, localhost/admin or if it still redirects you localhost/admin/default.asp ought to open the admin logon.

Get on and go to the top option available and edit the base url there.
