I am trying to have it when I view all problems for all resp if the status is open to have to background color turn red. I haven't had any luck so any help would be great.
I have it installed on a Windows 2003 server with IIS6 using a SQL DB
I was able to get this issue resolved after hours of trial and error on the viewall.asp page I was able to get the Rep field when it contains for me to be a black background and no matter who the rep is if the status is open it has a red background.
Where do I find the viewall page?
It was a custom mod page that you could download a while ago if you are wanting that page let me know.
