Rep Pager

Greetings! I need some help configuring the Rep Pager feature. Do you have to put in the rep's phone number email or an actual pager number. I have t-mobile, so does someone know if I can put in something like 15555555555@tmobile.com ?????

dont know if it works.. never gotten it working.. install smtp on the server and I have a script that might help... the catch is you need to have your tickets in a SQL back end and not Access file.....
