Buffering

Just installed version 1.13 on our server but whenever we try to make any changes we get the following error:

Response object error 'ASP 0159 : 80004005'

Buffering Off

/helpdesk/ppshdesk/Include/Public.asp, line 346

Buffering must be on.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this as I look on line 346 and can't see anything there apart from this:

Line 338 until 347
