Install the application on IIS 6.0 database as follows and execute the application comes to changing the language changes the language when I go to Configure your help desk. get the error http 500 internal server error. My windows server 2003 r2 sp2

Which database type?  Did you try a different language version than english or?  Did you make any changes to code?  Need more details.
