Love the look of your Helpdesk screen! I would love to do something like that but not really sure where to start.
Have you modded much of the system?
Not a ton but a few things have been added :)
As for modding the interface it is pretty simple. Take note of each link you have on the main (Default.asp) page for user. Fire up a web page editor like dreamweaver or something and find a nice menu system your like and simply change the prebuilt links in the menu system (the one you plan to replace it with) and save and test. May have a few little things to work out but over all very easy. I perfered not to change the ticket submissions and such thing cause the users are very familiar with them and to much change all at once sendsd them into a panic. Also check out the mod section, I added my nice java menu for the reps menu there as well as a few more little things. Will still require some configs on the end user but overall pretty easy.
