Slow response but I just hate unanswered strands.
Seeing all is a pain, I just leave the set to a default but then I'm using this for quite a small number of users.
I'd suggest if you are processing lots of problems then it would be better to add a query at the db end itself and just filter the whole data set as required. That way you aren't faced with the problem of opening lots of screens with stuff assigned to each rep.
